DESCRIPTION This Power Mosfet series realized with STMicroelectronics unique STripFET process has specifically been designed to minimize input capacitance and gate charge. It is therefore suitable as primary switch in advanced high-efficiency isolated DC-DC converters for Telecom and Computer application.
